We regularly deliver to Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Germany, the USA, and Austria.

Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. Your order is processed within 24 hours. You will then receive another email when your order is shipped.

Your package is normally packed within 24 hours and shipped as quickly as possible. The standard delivery time within Sweden is 1–3 business days, and the package is delivered to your nearest pickup point by DHL or Bring. For deliveries to countries other than Sweden, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
We also offer delivery with DHL Express to many countries in Europe and to the USA, with a delivery time of only 1–3 days for the USA and 24–48 hours for Europe. The final shipping options and prices are always shown at checkout.

The shipping cost within Sweden is SEK 49 for orders under SEK 399. For orders over SEK 399, we offer free shipping.
For deliveries to other countries, the shipping cost varies depending on the destination, and the price is converted from Swedish kronor, which means it may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate. Read more

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:
Pay within 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. You can find the terms for paying within 14 days here. Account: Klarna Account is a line of credit provided by Klarna that gives the borrower the opportunity to pay for their purchases in installments monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total credit amount used or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout. Always check that your shipment is undamaged upon delivery. In case of damage, incorrect products or missing items, contact us at info@koreanbeauty.se.
You have a 30-day return policy from the date the goods are shipped from us. During that period, you can send back your items for an exchange or a refund (we do not cover return shipping costs). Always contact our customer service before making a return.
The products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If the products are damaged or used, no refund will be given.
In the event of an approved complaint, we will refund the amount immediately.
We will charge you for any additional costs incurred due to incomplete returns, or alternatively not accept the return.

Koreanbeauty.se is an authorized retailer for all brands. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturer. We do not provide any additional warranties beyond those specified by the manufacturer. If you feel even the slightest uncertainty about the warranty or the instructions included with your product, contact us before use so we can help you. We cannot be held responsible for any hypersensitivity to ingredients in a product or sample. If you are unsure about what the product or sample contains, contact us before use/ordering.

Your package is normally kept at the pickup point for about 7 days. During that time, 2 SMS notifications are sent to you, and then a reminder is sent by letter if the package is not collected, before it is returned to us.

If you do not collect your order, the package will be returned to us as an unclaimed parcel. You will then be charged 250 SEK for all costs incurred by an uncollected package.

When you get to the checkout, you will find, at the top right, a line that says "Add discount code". Click there and enter your code. Please note that the system is case-sensitive. If you enter the code by copying it and then pasting it into the field, it is important to make sure that no spaces have slipped in either before or after the code.
