We deliver regularly to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland, and Cyprus.

Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided when ordering. Your order will be processed within 24 hours. You will then receive a new email when your order is shipped.

Your package is normally packed within 24 hours and shipped as quickly as possible. The normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 business days, and the shipment is handed over to your nearest delivery point by DHL.

For deliveries to countries other than Sweden, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days. For our customers in Norway, we ship with Bring, which ensures that your package is delivered safely and smoothly. We always strive to provide you with a fast and secure delivery experience, no matter where you are.

The shipping cost within Sweden is SEK 49 for orders under SEK 399. For orders over 399 SEK we offer free shipping.

For deliveries to other countries, the shipping cost varies depending on the destination, and the price is converted from Swedish kronor, which means that it may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate. Below you will find the shipping costs for each country:

Refunds are normally made within a few days of the case that caused the refund being completed.

Withdrawal & Returns

Always check that your shipment is undamaged upon delivery. In case of damage, wrong products or missing goods, please contact us at info@koreanbeauty.se.

You have an open purchase for 30 days from the date the goods are sent from us. During that period, you can return your goods for exchange or your money back (we do not cover return costs). Always contact our customer service before returning. 

The products must be unused, unopened and in their original box. If the products are destroyed or used, the refund will not apply. 

In case of approved claim, we will refund the amount immediately.

We will charge you the additional costs incurred in case of incomplete returns, or not accept the return.

Koreanbeauty.com is an authorized dealer for all brands. Warranties on the product are provided by the respective manufacturer. We do not provide any additional warranties beyond that specified by the manufacturer. If you feel the least bit unsure about the warranty or the instructions that come with your product, please contact us before Usage so we can help you. We cannot take responsibility for any hypersensitivity to ingredients in a product or sample. If you are not sure what the product or sample contains, please contact us before Usage/order.

Your package is normally about 7 days at the agent. During that time, 2 sms notifications will go out to you and then a reminder will be sent by letter if the package is not picked up, before it is sent back to us.

If you do not pick up your order, the package returns to us as unreleased package. You will then be charged SEK 250 for all expenses that a non-discharged package entails.

When you get to the checkout you will find, at the top right, a line where it says "Add discount code". Click there and enter your code. Note that the reader is case sensitive. If you enter the code by copying it and then pasting it into the field, it is important to ensure that no space has crept in either before or after the code.

You can only use one code per purchase.
