Goeras Beauty & Cosmetics AB operates the business for koreanbeauty.se. The following purchase terms apply when you as a consumer make orders on koreanbeauty.se. By ordering on koreanbeauty.se, you accept the terms published at the time as stated below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

When you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details about products, price, billing, and delivery address. Please check that the delivery information such as address and phone number is correct before you complete your purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change this information after the order has been packed and sent. It is always you as the customer who is responsible for providing correct information when completing the order.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact our customer service via info@koreanbeauty.se. Every completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for an order confirmation being missing is that a wrong email address was accidentally provided during the order or that the confirmation has automatically been sorted into spam.

To shop at koreanbeauty.se, you must be of legal age or have parental approval. We reserve the right to change or deny an order under certain circumstances (e.g., if the customer has provided incorrect personal information).

In the event of a dispute, koreanbeauty.se will follow the recommendations of the general complaints board.

Prices

The prices on koreanbeauty.se are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. We offer free shipping over 399 SEK within Sweden. The shipping includes shipping cost, packaging, and handling fees.

Price Guarantee

Our price guarantee is one of our most important promises. We offer you the best regular prices in the market. If you find the product at a lower price in another Swedish store, we will refund the difference.

The guarantee only applies to Swedish stores, both physical and internet-based. The store must have a Swedish organization number and operate in Sweden. The product must be in stock and thus available for order. The price guarantee applies to the competitor's regular price (Note! not discounted products). We will refund the difference up to 10 days after your purchase.

If you find your product cheaper in another store, please email info@koreanbeauty.se and link to the relevant store. Then we will refund the difference. If it is a physical store, the organization number and phone number must be provided so that we can verify the price.

Delivery Delays

We ship all our packages at 17:00 every working day. The expected delivery time is 1-3 working days after the order has arrived at the shipping company. In case of delivery delays, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us and request an explanation. No compensation will be granted to the customer for delivery delays. We deliver all our packages with DHL.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (not a business) have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you as a consumer must notify us within 14 days after the package has been collected.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for both the return cost and ensuring that the item/items are returned undamaged. If you as a consumer want us to arrange return shipping, the cost is currently 79 SEK (DHL). Please note that you, as the sender of the return package, are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive with us. Therefore, we recommend that you send the items in a traceable and insured manner. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The product must be unopened and unused. According to the law, you as a consumer have the right to ascertain the properties and function of the product. When exercising the right of withdrawal, we have the right to make a deduction for depreciation in cases where the item has been handled to a greater extent than necessary. The depreciation is something we at koreanbeauty.se assess, and it is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Opened and/or used hygiene products are not returned for health and hygiene reasons. Upon approved cancellation of the purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.

For uncollected shipments

The consumer is charged 250 SEK for costs incurred for uncollected shipments. This cost covers shipping, return shipping, and handling fees. For uncollected packages, we will charge 250 SEK for these costs.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation before packaging of the order, no charges will be made to the consumer. In the event of cancellation after the order has been packaged, we have the right to charge the consumer for handling fees and packaging. Limitation of liability

Please note that we do not have any satisfaction guarantee. This means that we do not accept returns/complaints for products that you have used but that do not meet your expectations. In case of any allergies or hypersensitivity, we recommend testing your new product on a small area (for example, the wrist) and waiting 24 hours to see if a reaction occurs. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to complain about a product due to dissatisfaction as we do not have any satisfaction guarantee.

Complaints

In case of a complaint, we ask you to contact our customer service via info@koreanbeauty.se. We always have the right to take back the item you wish to complain about in order to investigate the item and handle the complaint. The consumer is responsible for paying the return shipping and ensuring that the package reaches us at koreanbeauty.se. In the event of an approved complaint, we will cover the shipping costs.

In the case of a complaint, the packaging should be photographed and sent to us upon request so that we can investigate the matter further. We reserve the right not to make a refund until we have received the item and approved the complaint. In the case of broken packaging and wear/damage, we have the right to make deductions from the refund.

If the packaging is damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately to your pickup location when you collect your package. To ensure you feel secure with your order, all packages we send are checked. A package that is visibly damaged or weighs nothing and is empty should not be collected, but refused at the agent so that it can be returned directly to us. We can then file a claim with the shipping company.

If an item is missing from your delivery, we ask you to contact our customer service via info@koreanbeauty.se. Visual evidence of the original packaging and box must be provided to us no later than two days after receiving the delivery. Please note that you must keep the original packaging and box for any possible investigation. If it concerns a theft, a police report is also required.

Force Majeure

Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, e.g., in indications, warning texts, sales bans, abnormal declines in the market, and similar.

Information such as name, address, phone number, and email is shared with our partners (shipping companies and payment services, DHL, Swish & Klarna) so that they can deliver and charge for your order. When you shop through our online store, you give us your consent to share this information with Klarna Checkout & Swish. When visiting our e-commerce site, we use cookies to save your settings such as prices, currency, messages, etc.
